"First of all the building and rooms was nasty. It stank bad, roaches and bugs in the rooms. Rub was filthy. The building was being remodel so all the chemicals all in the air, it was noisy. The worst hotel ever. Im more mad that they was open for people to stay there with construction going on in the building. Something bit my baby in the face. I do believe I should get a refund, because it was horrible"

"The towels was crunchy , it does give a Motel 6 vibe but like maybe motel 7 instead lol ,we came fora concert and to explore so it was a good place to sleep but the shower drainage was slow so it the water did start to rise as we were showering but the cookies were good and the rooms ac worked and is close to airport with a free shuttle every 30 mins so that’s a plus but to go to bourbon street / the city is about 20 mins if your Planing on using uber."

"rooms were very well cleaned. Staff was very polite and helpful. I was a little skeptical and staying here. The room was only $56 a night compared to other hotels in the area, but I have to say it was very well worth it definitely will stay there again."

"The property is disgusting. DO NOT BOOK! The people in the hotel were nice and I’m sure the conditions of the property are beyond their control. But this property is dilapidated and needs to be torn down. Every floor has water damage. Gnats were flying out of the drain, the bathroom was FILTHY & if I hadn’t arrived after midnight I would’ve went back to the airport to wait for my flight. There is no shuttle and hasn’t been one for several years. People were at the front desk asking for refunds...

"The lady at front desk was so rude. She also gave me a card key for a room with a man in it! Scary. When I went back down and told she basically told me to be quiet! When I asked for the manager she did not. The managers name was on the wall but she gave another name. Lier. I wrote that manager and now I know why this hotel is a disaster. The manager stated she’d call me but never did. When I wrote again I got no response. This is a hotel with no management and very rude and inappropriate ...

"Beds were comfortable, bathroom need a makeover, I had to use a towel to cover the blinds because there were some missing. The lady on check in date was rude, her attitude change once I ask her why she was so rude her response was (I'm not feeling it today). I think her name was Helena are Elena."

"First of all, I would stay again. The location is close to I-10 & the neighborhood had a Trader Joe's and a Whole Foods for all our grocery needs. The free covered parking was a bonus, since we visited during some heavy thunderstorms. The breakfast staff was attentive and friendly. The areas of improvement would include older appliances (fridge, microwave, iron) and electronics (tv). Also, the older shower head and drain could be replaced and a fresh coat of paint would help cover the wear and...

"We were so delighted with our stay-everything went smoothly. We were able to easily navigate the "check-in" process and arrived at our room with no problems. Parking is secure, the hotel rooms are quiet, cold, and clean. We will definitely book a future stay here again."
