"We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called. I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up. Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. "

"The hotel is set in a beautiful location. The staff were all very helpful. The room was bright & airy with views over the garden. The room & bathroom were spotless and the bed very comfortable. The only negative of our stay was the shower. The water pressure was very low and the hot water took a while to filter through."

My daughter left her teddy behind and the staff were so helpful, they packaged him up ready for a courier to collect and let me know when he was collected. "

"Dont be thrown off by the dodgy exterior! The inside is lovely! Staff are great. Food is yummy. Just across the street from the beach, adventure park, and there is a movie theater next door. Would stay here again for sure! "
