"What a wonderful place, and an excellent deal with English breakfast. Highly recommended."

"There were unfortunately several issues with the property. There was no running water in the bathroom sink. The room was unbearably hot, with no fan or any methods of cooling. When we opened a window for ventilation, the noise from the busy street (not evident in any photos!) kept us awake. The room we booked pictured a double bed, but when we checked in there were two single beds. Worst of all, I woke up covered in bug bites! When we tried to find someone to tell them we were checking out...

"Bed was lovely and comfortable. Room was very nice. Struggling to get in and out of the shower. Staff on the whole were lovely but felt there was an atmosphere of discontentment amongst staff. Food expensive with service charge added without giving us the opportunity to say no. Rats running around the skip outside. Needs a general paint job outside. Leaving on a positive the breakfast was lovely."

"We booked two rooms; however, upon arrival, we were informed that only one room was available. The staff kindly offered to accommodate us in a nearby Airbnb, but we were not comfortable staying away from the hotel. As a result, the four of us shared the one available room. We appreciate that the staff provided a credit to compensate for the inconvenience in place of the meal arrangement, and we are grateful for their assistance."

"We stayed for the 2nd time. It's a perfect location for us and we like this place. Staff is very nice, place is clean and has got everything you need. Shame they don't serve breakfast. Has got a massive parking, also there is a kebab outside so if you are hungry it's perfect to buy food. Unfortunately, this time we had a family with a baby next to our room, that kept us awake 2 nights in the row. I am not used to it anymore, as my daughter is 16 years old.
