Maybe our fault, but the exterior photo implies that there is an infinity pool overlooking the vineyards. Turns out it is a small water trough at the restaurant in front."

"We drove and had a parking spot directly outside the front of the hotel. Upon arrival I asked if there was any upgrades to our original room which the hotel accommodated for a small fee. We was blessed with perfected weather and had an excellent view of the lake which made great memories"

"First of all, be aware that this hotel does not have air conditioning. Europe is experiencing unprecedented heat, so it is important to verify that AC is available. I indeed thought it was, only to be informed at arrival that "only some rooms are". The property itself is ok, amenities are few, reception closes at 6pm. Young, inexperienced staff. We stayed in the superior double" which was stifling and had no view. There are apparently some much better rooms in the hotel if one specifies...

"Very accessible. Also has central air conditioning, which became very important during the heat wave we suffered while visiting the Jazz Festival. Very friendly and accommodating desk staff. Wonderful management, as I could tell she runs a very tight ship. Also, it was great to be able to walk out of the front door of the hotel and go directly to the main platform of the train station, which was ultra convenient and that I was not fully aware of until I caught a train to Zurich. "Great price for the smaller related hotel behind the royal plaza. We had full access to all the ameneties in the bigger hotel and the small one had unexpected features like a fridge and air conditioning which we didnt experience any where else in switz....for a fantastic price. Very happy!"
