Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. "This hotel appeared to have been fairly recently refurbished to a high standard although sound insulation between rooms could be improved. Our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. A la Carte hot breakfast options far exceeded our expectations and were served by attentive friendly staff. The manager, Amir, was very professional and responsive . Excellent value. The hotel is just a five minute walk across fields from Trevone beach and coast path so ideally located for what we wanted. Padstow is walkable. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly from the check-in to our departure. The hotel was clean and modern with comfortable rooms. The breakfast was Plentiful and filling in a very welcoming dining area. A lovely stay with friendly and helpful staff. Will definately stay again. "
