"This was a great stay at a lovely location…good food at Ellie’s Restaurant too. The only thing that could have improved it would have been a mini fridge, microwave and ironing board in room. So if you’re booking, be sure to check your amenities in your room should you need those items."

"Good place to stay! Check-in was quick and easy, even though we arrived 30 min. before the official check-in time. Lobby, hallway, & room were clean. Bedroom & bathroom were nice - no issues. "Very nice because it is in the middle of downtown and very walkable to all we wanted to go to - Rock-n-Roll HoF but also good places to eat and if wanted you can head to any of the Cleveland arena/ballparks/stadiums easily."

"Second worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Had a cockroach in the room. Bathroom door had to be lifted up by the handle to close it. Mattresses were old and worn out with depressions. If I hadn’t already paid and been so tired, I would have left for sure. Only good things was the water in the shower ..."

"I will not be staying again. The apartment was beyond dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Pictures were taken and sent to onsite management. Our biggest concern was someone unlocking and walking into the apartment while my wife and I were sleeping. Absolutely unacceptable and a huge safety concern ..."
