"We are pleasantly surprised by this place. Very beautiful, cozy and quiet. Great location too, not too far from the center with all the sites but very close to tens of restaurants and picturesque neighborhoods and river. We felt very safe in this place and would highly recommend it!"

"We stayed 3 nights. Our flight got changed and the team were super helpful when we requested a date change, and his meant a room chance which was totally fine as the accommodation was very appreciated. Our second room was a bit loud, we could hear people coming and going and the plumbing in the walls, not a deal breaker but I bit disappointing. I’d definitely stay here again I’d just make a request to not be in room 101. The general area was super convenient and very quiet, bed was comfortable...

"Staff were very helpful especially Nini. But all front desk staff are very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue is the hotel is a bit of a walk from the metro. One recommendation is the restaurant Pecorino across the road and Romeo for the pizza"

"We stayed here for 3 nights. We really like the location, it’s basically across the street from trastevere station! That made using public transportation really easy. The room was very clean. Davide communicated well, explained the check in process as well as how to find the b&b. We would stay here again!"

"We loved our stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and our room was so spacious. The bed was so comfy, and shower was a good size and great water pressure. The apartment is in a residential area, about a 10-12m uber ride to Trastevere and about 20m to the airport, so it was perfect for our last night. Also, there is a little convenience store right next to the apartment, which was great to get snacks and water. Also, the host is really nice and helpful."

"Great set up. Room was clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and had all the supplies you needed. Great little shared kitchen with dedicated tables where you can have breakfast. I would highly recommend this place. Communication with the host was good. Very responsive. "

"Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition. I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner. Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome. Couldn't have been better."

"Perfect location - right in the middle of the action yet tucked away and completely quiet with the windows closed, if desired. Breakfast was lovely and a nice way to start each day. "We couldn't be happier about our stay! Ursula sent her son to meet us because our arrival timing was off and he was simply delightful. The entire arrangement was excellent. You have your own room and bathroom and a shared kitchen that's open 24/7. No set time for breakfast. It's literally a 90 second walk to Tiber Island. PLENTY of shopping within walking distance. We will definitely be keeping the info for our next trip to Rome."

"This was a real fun place to stay with college age kids! The rooms are a little funky with only one bed but it’s large and shareable - you kinda have to climb into bed every night but the lounge downstairs is very convenient and has great space for sitting and watching TV or doing casual work or getting a coffee! Walkable. Loved this!"

"The owner was always available and made our check in very easy. He answered all our questions and gave us tips on eating and getting around Rome. Room was modern and spotless. The breakfast and dining area was great. The neighbourhood was great for grocery and other shopping. Highly recommend staying hete."
