"Clean room Nice staff Parking expensive Breakfast not good"

"Very nice, clean hotel for our overnight stay in St Louis. Dinner & drink tickets the night of check in were included. We didn't use them, but it was still nice!! Breakfast the next morning was great!! So many choices!! Have never seen more breakfast choices @ a hotel before!! Check in & out were very easy. Beds & pillows were very comfy."

"Well we picked this hotel because of the free shuttle to airport but I didn’t realize you had to pay to park at hotel while u were gone. So that was an extra $50 —which they over charged me. One couple told me they got charged $30 to park. (They left when we did and got back when we did). So they refunded us $10 when I asked them about it. Also if you want shuttle service keep in mind they only take u to airport every 40 mins! Didn’t get to eat breakfast bc it wasn’t out when we left but they...

"I’ve stayed here plenty of time in which the other times were okay. But this time the room was dirty and smelled like mold and there was a strong smell coming from the drain. Worst stay ever. I couldn’t even stay there and they had no other rooms to switch me to. I reserved it for 2 nights and didn’t stay either I went to a friends house in town. I let the front desk know and they agreed the room was bad. It was damp and smelly and not clean. But they would only refund me for one day the manager...

"Amenities was limited 9pm Amenities were shut down and also there were dogs in the hotel staff said they were animimal friendly which I disagree pitfalls in the building around families and small children, not recommended for a family visit, not everyone likes to be around dogs, the, are unpredictable, could bite someone, I most likely will not stay at a animal friendly place like Drury inns..."

"I've never seen so many dead bugs in one place in my life! Maybe, they recently had an exterminator in the building because I didn't see any live bugs. But they wouldn't have a problem if they actually cleaned the room. I pulled out the chair to sit down and there were potato chips on the seat. One of the chairs was so badly damaged it should have been thrown away. It's a shame, this looks like it would be nice with a little maintenance and cleaning. I won't be back to see."

"The staff is great. Everyone I encountered was friendly...quiet, but friendly. Great value. Room was clean. Get what you pay for and nothing else for sure."

"Friendly staff. Taylor parking is available large parking lot behind the building. Very easy for trailer access. Has cameras. Breakfast was slim pickings very disappointing."

"Our stay was good, however someone was smoking weed and you could smell it coming out from the vents. Which irritated my allergies. The building could use some renovation, beautiful property with wore out Paint ect. A little TLC goes a long ways."
