"on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids. Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception. we left the next morning, one day early. Total miss selling."

"Great vies but OVERPRICED for what you get. No sea view, no aircon, nor fan in the room, no robes, and a standard Kings size bed, rooms quite small and the window which you had to keep open, opened onto noisy back street. "We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at High Cove! The location is fantastic—it is wonderfully quiet, family-friendly, and offers easy access to the North Cornwall countryside while serving as a great base to explore the rest of Cornwall. The only minor downside for us was finding the exact holiday home within the park, as the instructions weren't quite clear. Since it was our first time there, it would have been really helpful to have clearer identification or a small map pointing to the exact plot. Overall though, it's a lovely spot and we thoroughly enjoyed our time!"
