"We were allowed to check in early, which was especially welcome given torrential rain on 2 January. Staff were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout, with a smooth early check-in and swift check-out. The hotel was clean and high quality, with very comfortable beds. It’s centrally located, well connected, and close to several museums. We didn’t eat at the hotel due to an early airport check-in, but overall a really positive stay."
