"The check in was a bit confusing. There were no staff at the pool or service at all at the pool. It was a trek to the bar and tiu had to carry your drinks on a tray down stairs and in the lift !! Mojito was not right, not enough sugar or lime. Pillows in the bedroom were too big and we couldn't get the tv to work. There seemed to be an absence of staff. Not great coffee at breakfast, it tasted like nescafe. "

"Wonderful apartment. Spacious and clean and quiet. The balcony was a bonus. They had set up the 2 twin sofa bed for my kids which was nice. We dropped off our luggage earlier in the day before check in. By the time we got back for check in, they have already moved our luggage to our apartment unit. Definitely would stay there again! "
