"Despite wanting to have turn down services, they never did it. We asked numerous times and never received it. They left us the same towels and sheets for 6 days. We also paid for “all inclusive”, but there are caveats. Room service is extra. At the restaurants, they do not allow you to take your leftovers or dessert back with you. My room key didn’t work once to get into the gym. I even had them remake keys. After the 1st day, they just told me to ask someone that was already in there to open...

"2 bedrooms for 5 adults with a beach view. Beautiful view of the sunset.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Made our reservations to restaurants and tours. The rooms were clean and compact but had all that was needed for comfort-kitchen, dining area, balcony with chairs. Great Views. A roller bed was bought in for the 5th person and added to the room with the twin beds. It made the room tight to move around. I suggest that the room should only be for 4 adults.
