"The staff member I communicated with during check-in was friendly and responsive, and I appreciated how easy the late check-in process was. I also liked that the property was completely keyless, which made arrival very convenient.

"There was no airport shuttle. I had to get a taxi. The room was clean but couldn’t open windows because garbage outside attracted flies. Our room was noisy outside til about 3:00 am. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend a great restaurant two minutes walk. Beds and linens were very comfortable"

"This was an amazing hotel in every regard. Room was beautiful and spotless. It is a quiet oasis on a fairly busy street. The outdoor restaurant bar in the back courtyard under the lemon tree groves was a beautiful place to unwind. The included morning breakfast was fresh and tasty including the best tasting fresh squeezed orange juice I have ever had. Wish our stay was more than just one night but we were on our way from Rome to Amalfi"

"Clean hotel, but in the warehouse area not near anything of walking distance. Very basic amenities in the room, no wash clothes, no iron or steamer and no hair conditioner only shampoo. Also, cleaning staff didn’t replace water in room.
We had the room with a hot tub, the water was warm at best. Not a “hot” tub. The water from the shower was warmer therefore we didn’t use the hot tub.
Staff were friendly and the free shuttle was nice. Also, they have parking nearby if you drive here. Roof top...

"Not sure if it was advertised as being so far from Sorrento center, or I just missed it, not their fault. Very helpful staff, beautiful views. They had a free shuttle which took 20-30 minutes into city center, which only ran at certain times. I had to pay $50 X2 to get into town early enough for me to get my excursions. With no car, it’s a little too far from center of town, great for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle."
