Before becoming Possum Creek MetroPark, this land was an outdoor recreation area called Argonne Forest, operating from the 1920's to the 1940's. Here are the remains of a streetcar. Null Hodapp, the owner of Argonne Forest Park bought four streetcars from the city of Dayton. He converted one into a concession stand near the pool.
