"Friendly staff "

"We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay."

"Clean room, breakfast was good, staff was very nice, parking all around building close up- you didn’t have to walk far out to a parking lot. Good restaurants near by. "

"The bathroom needs to be clean thoroughly, because the makeup mirror is little bit sticky and dusty. And also the tissue paper box has someone’s hair in it. The room is a little bit cool during night , but the fan is on all the time. "

"I have limited mobility which staff was aware of. The key cards they gave me had to keep being replaced. Didn’t work for the pool or the room. It would work one time and then not the next. Them even when we got new cards it would show green but was still locked. I had to keep going to the front desk to replace the cards. I ended up pulling something in my knee between standing at the room door Trying to open it. Then having to walk to front desk to have cards Replaced and back. Never got an...

"Fan in bathroom didn't work ' much if breakfast food was gone by 10. I like the treadmills and coffee available all day "

"We couldn’t get good sleep be cause of the loud humming sound. We asked for room change for second night and front desk immediately assigned us new room at the ground floor. The sound was less loud in the second room."

"Clean room, great staff and awesome free breakfast! One thing I wish they had was a full desk and not just an oval table to work at with a laptop. But that’s not reason not to stay there. I recommend to book here."

"Everything here was very clean, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast had good choices available. Parking was available close to room. The location was nice. Enjoyed our stay here."

"No hot breakfast buffet as advertised, pool water was cold no towels in the pool, our bathroom was not cleaned, had hair in the toilet and in the tub "

"Everything was great except there was only one towel in the pool area and when we asked for more we were told they would bring more if they had them. We never got more. "

"There was a constant smell of weed, the room had the shampoo holder off the wall, no clock in the room, the lamp that had the outlets didn’t hold the plug, the mattress did not stay in place. There was garbage that sat outside for 48 hrs. Just cancelled my future stay. "

"Loud heater and air unit. Very noisy got no sleep between traffic going by loud rear unit keep coming in all hours and 18 years talking. "
