"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming — always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to Gianni, the nicest and most attentive waitress I’ve ever met. The spa was absolutely incredible, truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The only suggestion I have is to extend the spa hours a bit, since many guests spend the day exploring beautiful Lake Garda and return in the evening. Opening earlier and closing a bit later would make the experience even more...

"Magnificent view, peaceful and extremely friendly staff from reception to breakfast roo to cleaners everyone greet you with biggest smile.. Lovely family dog Aki keeps you a nice company only if u wish.. Room itself needs some serious upgrade I also recommend adding a kettle and mini fridge other than that really enjoyed our stay and difinately will comeback "

"We just checked out of this hotel, and if our travel plans had allowed it, we definitely would have stayed longer. The room was exceptionally clean, and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed very warmly. The staff were extremely caring and attentive. The hotel breakfast is served buffet-style, with almost anything you could want for breakfast. Also, make sure to try the dinner menu especially the delicious pizza!"

Das Mobiliar der Zimmer könnte man in den kommenden Jahren aktualisieren, es war aber alles gepflegt und sauber. Rundum ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, wir würden wieder buchen."
