"Debating between 3-4,stars Excellent location, a few blocks from old town square and other sightseeing must see, but it had a few issues. The a/c was not working because it was out of season, they said. It is a hotel you are paying money for your comfort. If they disclosed it, I missed it. The windows only open a few inches. The room is small so it gets very hot. The sun makes it really warm in the morning. The bed was lumpy. For me a bad mattress I take a star off. You need a good mattress for a good rest . The bathroom has a very high bath tub and narrow. Hard to get in and uncomfortable to stand. The tv froze all the time Breakfast was decent Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. another thing that really surprised me is that it only has one emergency stairs. I was at room 516, at the other end of the hallway, so if there was an emergency I would have to go accross the whole hallway to reach the emergency exit . It is a good option, but there some issues."

"This hotel is right outside the main train station within 5mins. It is also very quiet. The breakfast is a hit with so many good food: coffee is superb, smoked salmon, prosciutto, bread, yogart, veggies that you can eat and making smoothies. You can order menu item which already included in your charge. It is definitely worth the $30 charge."

"The staff at this hotel went beyond the call of duty helping my friend who had a broken ankle and assisting me when I came down sick. In addition, they were always warm, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I plan on returning here every time I visit Prague and will be posting articles on social media and our company website about their level of excellence."

"The self checkin process was great. We had some issues with the link (do it 24+ hrs in advance) and the code, but the support staff contacted by WhatsApp messages were on it, and got us into our rooms seamlessly. Room was great - clean, well-kept, in great condition, modern. Note that being a self-check in hotel, it is a great exploration home-base, and it's not a fancy hotel with front desk staff and pampering, which is evident in the pricing. It's great value for a quality stay while you explore one of the best cities in Europe."
