It’s our second time and we enjoyed it again so much, The rooms are vast and airy, the decor is so Algarve, the bed is confortable, the pool is wonderful, the location is unbeatable,having a drink at AIR right by the beach was memorable. "I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest! "Nice, clean hotel. Bedroom had a massive bed with fresh, crisp linen. Bathroom is nice and modern. Fresh towels daily. Pool towels provided on request. Breakfast was continental style which is fine for us. We could sit poolside for breakfast. The staff are all very helpful but unobtrusive. The vibe is very chilled and peaceful. "This is a very good hotel, well situated, comfortable generous rooms, relaxed hotel, lovely pool area and grounds, good options at the buffet, but missing a few nice to have eggs options (poached eggs, omelette). The drinks are of decent quality, and the evening and dsy entertainment was top notch. "Check in the room was not ready which was not an issue. However the receptionist was going to offer us a room to change in and then was it seemed overruled by his supervisor which was poor. Room itself was ok apart from a wet used towel left beside the safe! Also disappointed that there was no kettle with tea/ coffee in the room which is pretty well the norm in hotels this day. A average stay which with a bit more focus on customer care could have been excellent."

"Very run down hotel, although the rooms are clean enough. Room very basic, had to run round very small in need of magga update shower cubicle to get wet hardly any water flow.
