It’s our second time and we enjoyed it again so much, The rooms are vast and airy, the decor is so Algarve, the bed is confortable, the pool is wonderful, the location is unbeatable,having a drink at AIR right by the beach was memorable. Dinner at sunset at PAPERMOON restaurant was delightful. The only complaint is that all the food us much too salty. Our group of 8 was unanimous. Super hotel but extremely salty food."

"I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest! "The location and view were wonderful as was the breakfast buffet. We were able to walk to walk easily into town and the marina.As for the cons, when we first got there, we were not given the room we paid for. They did change us, though. The hotel needs some major updating. Furniture-inside and outside-was old and some falling apart. There were not enough umbrellas poolside. Our blinds would not go down and our curtains would not close, so we got a view of the neighbors. The patio door was stuck...

"Everything as expected. Superb. Sea view. Max the main man looked after us at all times. The service was exceptional."

"Check in the room was not ready which was not an issue. However the receptionist was going to offer us a room to change in and then was it seemed overruled by his supervisor which was poor. Room itself was ok apart from a wet used towel left beside the safe! Also disappointed that there was no kettle with tea/ coffee in the room which is pretty well the norm in hotels this day. A average stay which with a bit more focus on customer care could have been excellent."

Continental breakfast very Continental hardly any choice. At the very top of albufeira old town so, very steep long walk back and very steep staircase to hotel. Moved after one night to much nicer hotel. Do not stay here."
