"We were looking forward to this day. It looks like a beautiful hotel. I didn’t realize how far out it was from the airport though. We got into our first room 305, and we laid down and there’s a large floor ceiling curtains. They were blackout they’ll see a little bit of light under and in the middle. The register was reading 81 when they got in the room turned the AC down to 68 1/2 an hour it was 82 you waited and then a half an hour, it was 83 and by the time we called down to 84. We called...

"The room was very clean and set up nicely! Everything worked great and the staff were helpful and nice! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working on our second day there. It was a Saturday and the staff assured us that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible! By check out the next day the issue with the elevator had been resolved! All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay! I will definitely come back and recommend to others! "

"It’s clean and nice. Just repeatedly fire alarm is annoying. I locked myself out since I had to quickly to get out due leaving my key inside. Th manfully staff is helping me to return to my room."

"The shuttle was 45 mins late with no apology. The general manger was rude at check in. He lacked emotional self control and wanted to engage in an argument however I chose not to speak and just check in. After checking in and walking away with my wife he tried one more time to engage with a passive aggressive attitude. When I didn’t, he said “oh no you are not staying here with that attitude” and cancelled our reservation. Absolutely unbelievable lack of pose, self control and leadership."
