"Great spot in Seattle. Close to everything. Apartment well equipped and spotless. You need to be able to climb the ladder up to bed but we are in our 60’s and managed it. Walkable to the cruise terminal. Fast WiFi. Eating options nearby but they close fairly early. Nothing not to like."

"The unit was beautiful and clean, with easy/clear instructions on how to get in. I got there early thinking I had early check in and my codes weren’t working, I mistakenly did not add it to my trip but within a few minutes I had someone on the phone and in person to help me get into my unit. Very responsive and helpful I would stay again. Only problem was the tricky parking situation which isn’t the property’s fault. You have to pay for parking anytime on street or in lots from 6-10pm"

"This property is not safe, nor is it secure. There is no front desk, hence you have to make a reach to guest services via a phone call. Upon arrival to my unit at this property, the hotel room door was not fully closed nor latched, hence it was not secure and locked. I made sure to scour the room to be sure there was no occupants and/or inhabitants. And upon trying to use the door code to the unit that I was given, I got locked out of my room and was unable to access. Customer service at...
