We were there for the 7pm wine, cheese, crackers etc.. that was nice. I got all the coffee and hot chocolate I wanted. I really enjoyed staying here and it's close to the train station and sights. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was pleasant."

"Host cominicates well and the place is located close to buses and Tube.
Now for the space....its clean but the little details matter. Opened closets and they just had stuff thrown in them, left over food in fridge, and hand soaps were nearly emptied.
This is not for a family with kids. Its more of a bachelor space. States 2 bathrooms but one is literally a closet that is a shower -6 inches space between wall and shower door.
Not a bad place for what you pay, just be aware that its not for...

"On the good side, we were able to do an early check-in and the pub's staff was very kind. The pub is well-located, at about 20 minutes by bus from Westminster and very close to Waterloo station, in a nice and calm area.
However, we had a room very different from what was advertized - but also quite different from the reviews, so perhaps we were unlucky with our room. The room was windowless, despite the establishment claiming all rooms had windows. It seemed like it's been empty for a long...

"I can not say enough good things about the Royal Horseguards. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we stepped out of the cab from the airport and the genuine warmth from every staff member continued from there! Perfect attention to every detail, we wanted for nothing, any request we had was handled cheerfully, quickly and accurately. A very special note for the doorman Parvez. He is the jewel in your crown. This was our first trip to London and my travel companion's first trip to Europe...

"From arrival to departure, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed the full English breakfast and overall food experience. The hotel is centrally located to all main sites that made our booked excursions/tours convenient. The only downside to the hotel is that the rooms are a little snug. Otherwise my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation."
