"I loved the location of this property! The buildings themselves have so much potential. The insides are very outdated and run down. The coffee maker was burnt and stuck to the warming plate and the sheets had drains. BUT you can’t beat the location and super friendly staff. The pool was super clean and warm with a nice outdoor shower. I would definitely come back here if they lowered the price for current condition of the buildings. And I would bring my own sheets. You can’t beat the location...

"Staff is very friendly. Diving is excellent. Overwater bungalows are nice, especially the decks on the water with hammocks. Good snorkeling. Grounds are well kept. Free transportation to and from the airport. Gorgeous reef nearby makes for spectacular diving and snorkeling. "

"My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see."

"This was our second stay at Seagrape! The staff was so welcoming and helped us with any need. We had nice breakfasts each day, thank you Judith for being so sweet! My husband and I have only been snorkelers but we put our trust in the diving staff and became PADI certified for open water! Thank you Ricardo, he came in to train us on short notice and helped adapt to our needs. He made us comfortable and helped us learn the skills needed. We will be back to Seagrape this summer for a week stay...
