"The hotel is very nice and clean, rooms were nice. The pool area was nice, but be aware that the pool bar pictured on the site is hardly ever open. We booked this hotel because of closeness to the Panthers hockey arena, but be aware that the .5 mile distance on the site is as the crow flies; the actual walking distance according to my Fitbit was 1.36 miles, as you have to walk all the way around the mall that sits between the hotel and the arena. We definitely got our steps in. "

"We were given a room that was not cleaned, advised staff who said they'd send someone and after 3 hours of being away, no cleaning. We were told our room was moved and someone would bring us the new room key but no one ever did. So we went to the desk to complain and the clerk was apologetic and kind. The supervisor tried to refund resort fees but needed someone else to assist with that. "

"No hot water in the shower. Remote control was sticky, I had to wash my hands everytime I touched it. Cable tv was archaic, they could probably switch to wifi to save money. Parking was expensive because you have to pay to park 24/7, cost me about 25.00 per day. On the brightside, location is very convenient to the beach. The restaurant across the street was amazing. If the primary focus is walking no more than 3 min to Hollywood beach and you can overlook these issues then book this place "
