"We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. The location was great, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The beach in front of the house was not swimmable however swimming beaches were just a short distance away.
The complementary bikes were in great condition and made it easy to explore the area.

"Room was absolutely horrid and filthy, check in was a huge hassle.
I own a cleaning company and not once were they professional and tried to even make things right.
Not once was I offered a clean room, or something to make up for it.
Just a refund and get out, completely unprofessional.
I spent the last of our money on this hotel for work just to have to find a new place for us to sleep.
I will NEVER stay here again and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone.

Also, the hotel provides transportation to a lot of restaurants within one mile radius. I would gladly stay in this hotel next time I go to Portland, Maine.

"Easy parking, pleasant staff. Unfortunately thy had a student sports team stay the same night. That morning the free breakfast was devoured by the group of teenage boys. We had plans for the day so we had to check out earlier than we wanted due to having to go find breakfast. They said they had kitchen staff bring more food. Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to wait. Again not the hotels fault. More so the inconsiderate juveniles. "

"Hotel was ok for the price. We stayed there for one night to attend a Seadogs game. The beds are not that comfortable and the bathroom is really small. The pool could be cleaned a little better and the breakfast that is included is donuts in a basket. Parking was good and hotel is close by to many things. "
