"The staff is so personable. Jamie, the night manager, knows us by name and welcomes us as soon as she saw us. The hotel is always clean with a great staff."

"Overall stay was decent. There wasn’t enough staff around, and room service was extremely slow. It was not indicated that the hotel is split into two buildings and we had to move to the second one for our stay. The second building is not along the beach, instead it was a block away. Breakfast was good and everything was super clean."

"Pleasant stay at Bethany Beach Hotel — clean, well kept, good breakfast, and free water/coffee. Great location near the beach with chair/umbrella vouchers and mini‑golf vouchers as nice extras. The only downside was the parking charge. Otherwise, very good stay."

"Noise from the room above mine started at 11:00 p.m. and went on until 1:00 a.m. Nothing was done about it. TV service is terrible. The guide shows around 40 channels and less than half of them were available - none were anything I wanted to watch. Last year I stayed at the same hotel and had even worse TV problems - only a handful of channels were available. I was promised a $20 refund because of it but never received the money."

"A clean and modern hotel with nice amenities. Individually ac unit in each room with eco friendly soaps. Only breakfast is a bit lacking. Not much avaliable and you have to get up early to get any"

"The location is very convenient for board walk. The bathroom is too small. Parking space is vary narrow and difficult to park or leave."

"The hotel was generally clean but they didn’t clean our room during our stay. There was no trash can on the room, there was only one in the restroom. On 3rd floor hall, you can smell a weird smell probably related to the ice maker machine. The breakfast was good the first morning as there are a lot of people there. The next day, as some people left, some of the breakfast items were left too! The first staff we met when we arrived was helpless and she even refused to say hello, but the one we saw...

"Location was perfect and close to almost everything. Water pressure for the showers could be a lot better especially in the accessible rooms it us to a more accessible way to use the shower without water getting all over the floor for those rooms. Overall I would recommend this place and wil definitely be back. We had an ocean Front King Accessible Room for reference"

"The beach view was beautiful, enjoyed those views every morning with my cup of coffee. Only item that would preclude me from coming back was that there's no ocean view rooms with a king/queen size bed, as we were told by the staff. my wife and I had to sleep on 2 full size beds."

"Very spacious room and beautiful lobby area. Better view than expected and the room had lots of storage area which was a plus. My one complaint was I felt like the pool wasn’t as well maintained as it could have been. Was not heated and the area just didn’t seem too clean but that just comes with age. Overall a great stay and I would recommend."

"I liked oceanfront room 604. I'm going again next week and I'm going to specifically request room 604 or room 605. Oceanfront. Big. Clean and well kept. Parking is a deck across an alley. I think I got a good room because I went through Expedia!"

"Definitely would not stay here again. There is zero soundproofing and the beds are the least comfortable I've ever slept on. They said we couldn't park a second vehicle due to capacity constraints but that was BS because there were plenty of spots available. Overall, crappy experience. Avoid at all costs!!"

"Floor had sand on it and bed felt like it had sand in it, We never went tot he beach due to the weather. Other than that everything was great."
