"staff was amazing as soon as we drove up. we didn’t have to take our bags to our room or park our car. we got a tour of the property and when we arrived to our room our bags were there already. our room was amazing & very clean. staff was also very responsive and also suggested things for us to do. my husband and i were celebrating our anniversary when we went and the night before our departure we were gifted so many items! we were beyond grateful. we will be back!"

"First time staying at Seven Stars .This resort meets all expectations. Beautiful rooms that are clean, there’s morning maid services and turn down service in the evening Property is beautiful and wonderfully maintained. The restaurants are lovely and food is delicious. The complementary breakfast is excellent with vast quantities of breakfast foods and choices. The Pools are beautiful and the beach and ocean are stunning. Lounge chairs at this resort are also extra nice. There’s a soft teri cloth covering over them that’s removed and laundered daily at the end of the day and replaced in the mornings. This is a resort for all people. Couples, families, solo, girls trip anything. It is also centrally located to all shops and other restaurants in town of Provo. It’s a definite return stay for me and Ive been to Turks 5X already and have stayed other great accommodations on the island"

"Resort was very clean, rooms very comfortable well put together and the balcony was larger than expected. We enjoyed our time here and the location has shuttles to take you to the sister resorts too. It is walking distance to many other shops / restaurants. The only downside is there is only one restaurant but it was very good and lower priced than others. Staff was extremely kind. Overall would book one."

"The property was clean and reasonably maintained. The check in staff accommodated my request for first floor room as as I have my young children and don’t want to have balcony. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The restaurant staff is hit or miss! Some are very helpful and cheerful namely Ramon in Fish Deck, Marjorie and Angelica in Black Rock. The rest were not welcoming and always seem to be angry to see guests. In some instances my family were told by the waitress to move cup if they want to food at the table during lunch at the taco place by the pool. This happen twice. The management need to train and reiterate that if guests are treated in such way ultimately they will find other places and they will run out of business. The beech was great and having a laundry equipments in the room is very important."

"Beautiful and amazing. Very secluded and private great amenities, views and food. Whatever you want they have. Staff came to clean the room twice a day. Once in the morning and at night. Usually we went out at for and came back to the room with the bed ready to go to sleep. It was a neat touch I liked it very much. This place is very quiet not many kids. It’s very good for couples that want to enjoy a romantic getaway."

"The staff made my Birthday special with the personalized birthday cards and cake. The entire check in and out process was easy and efficient. Clean and quiet stay. Food options were great! Concierge was also helpful in assisting with outside activities. Overall, highly recommended if you are looking for clean, quiet and relaxation. Everything was well maintained daily."
