"Es una ESTAFA, ¡NO lo RECOMIENDO! Cuando llegamos la primera noche no había nadie en recepción, no nos atendieron y tuvimos que pagarnos otro hotel. Cuando hicimos el check-in, nos cobraron varias tasas sin justificación y solo se podía pagar con dinero en efectivo. El personal fue muy desagradable. Y tanto la ducha, como la habitación estaban muy sucias. Tuvimos muy MALA experiencia."

"Would stay here again. Amazing hotel with all new amenities. Had tooth brushes and razor free for guest use, not something I’ve seen at any of our other hotels. Also a Dyson hairdryer! Only flaw I would mention it is in a pretty rough area and it is one out of many buildings in that area. We were actually unsure if it was the right place when we arrived and walked around the building before finding the entrance. We then had to buzz in. We would have loved it if someone came down to greet us to...

"The staff, Flavia is a sweetheart, very helpful and kind. She even helped carry our luggage, explained in great detail how everything works and even gave us historic background on the building itself as well as great places to eat and offered to get us tickets and a private taxi to show us around. Ana at the complementary breakfast is wonderful, ready to get us whatever we need, made me fresh eggs to order, very pleasant and kind. The room was amazing everything worked perfect, ice cold air...
