"The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a short stay in Varenna. It is located very close to the local bars and restaurants and a 15 minute walk from the train station. The self check-in process was simple, although the instructions we were sent had the wrong box described for our apartment, but it was self explanatory once we got there as the boxes are all lettered. "The property has amazing views. There were 4 of us (adults), we found the bedrooms ok, but the bathroom had a problem, I think due to thin pipes in the building, the shower was leaking - so the floor around the shower cabin would have water. The lights did not work, and the hair dryer was broken, luckily one of us had one with her. The area is lovely, the flat is in the same building as the restaurant Al Prato, highly-rated one. "Instructions for check in were detailed and we had no problems. We were able to find a parking spot in the garage but be warned there are only a few and it's first come first serve. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The location is in Fiumelatte, a 20-ish minute walk to Varenna which we were happy to do every day.
