"Will definitely stay here again"

"The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. We booked 4 rooms and we asked for an early check in for 1 of the rooms as well as a late check out. The staff were very accommodating to both of these requests. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all of our requests. We were able to leave our luggage in a designated room until our departure time. Would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The room was very clean and the staff were super helpful. However, the shower we had on our last morning was ice cold, and there were some cool lights on the ceiling that we couldn't find the "off" button for, so they kept turning on and off during the night. Apart from those two things, the stay was great and the location was pretty central. Another note is that you do need cash to pay for additions or a taxi; otherwise, there is a 5% charge. That would have been nice to know beforehand."

"Our room was small but totally suitable for us. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and central to all of the landmarks that Rome has to offer. We walked everywhere - Trevi, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, the Colosseum. The only place we took the transit was to the Vatican and the Termini the morning we left. The staff were friendly, and communicated well through WhatsApp as there is no front desk. We had no issues with check in / out and they offered a private transfer option from the airport...

"Well, the place was actually very convenient—in a great location and very clean. I highly recommend it. The only things I didn't like were that one morning we weren't notified that the water was off, so I couldn't shower (the water finally came back on later, just as I had gotten ready and was leaving the hotel), and another day the elevator wasn't working.
