"The property is secure and there is an elevator. My room was very clean and had everything a traveller would need, including a complete kitchen. I was there in late fall and the heating system worked very well. The bathroom was modern and quite clean and there was plenty of room in the shower. "Everything is great except the checking in is a bit confusing. Stuff is helpful; however, I suppose to be charged tax for 3 EUR according to Expedia, But I was requested by the staff for 6 EUR at the site. "

"The room was tidy and clean when we arrived, but the building is a bit spooky at night with no lights on and the area surrounding the property isn’t super nice/doesn’t have a lot of foot traffic. There wasn’t any staff to greet us but the person who coordinated our check in was helpful and communicative. The shower in the room was a bit rickety and the soap was too fragrant, it smelled like cologne. This is definitely an older style building with its own charm. "

"Horrible. Reservamos por la mañana habitación, realizando el pago y estando la reserva confirmada en dos emails por hoteles.com. Cuando llegamos por la tarde nos dijeron que no tenían sitio para nosotros. Que habían vendido nuestra habitación. Nos tocó buscar otro sitio por la zona de última hora y teniendo que pagar mucho más por la habitación. En el hotel ni se molestaron en ayudarnos o darnos alguna alternativa.
