"Couldn’t check in, couldn’t reach anyone. Waste of money and time."

"Good luck if the front desk isn’t staffed. Oh yeah, it never is! What’s worse is the property is located across a small canal from the fish market. It stinks like rotting fish 24/7. Also, the fishermen arrive before 5:00 AM to drop off and then carve up the fish. The only things louder than them are the gulls! Finally, no effective curtains or blackouts means the sun will have you up by 6:00 if you manage to sleep through the rest."

"buona colazione dolce e salata, gentilezza del personale"

"Room was old and had one light, bathroom was just okay, the if your looking for a quick in and out"

"I enjoyed m6 stay, staff was friendly breakfast was delicious."

"We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely amazing and very convenient. Getting to the hotel from the train station is easy. You just need to take the vaporetto, and once you arrive at the water bus stop, the hotel is only about a 3-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was ok, the selection was a bit limited, it was still a nice and convenient way to start the day. Overall, everything...

"L'hospitalité de.notre hôte était plus que parfait il a été présent à notre arrivée et nous à donné les informations pour que notre séjour se passe très bien. Nous étions près de tout ce que nous voulions voir de Venise. Nous avons même eu un petit extra dimanche un marathon c'était très bien organisé. Merci beaucoup"

"Bad location and not properly maintained"

"Great room facing the street. Unfortunately the noise was really loud from pedestrians late into the night."

"Nice, quiet part of the city, more in the residential side. Host was helpful and place was very clean. The toast and croissant breakfast was just enough to start the day! Would stay there again."

"Small boutique hotel, practically unmarked with only a buzzer at street level—I passed it twice before figuring out where it was. It’s a beautiful 600 year old palazzo that has been renovated. Friendly staff. Rooms are clean and bathrooms fully functional. Lots of stairs so not suitable for disabled. When I had to check out at 4 am, I was told just to leave the keys in the room with no hassle. I would definitely go back."

"👍🏼"

"Well located"

"Great property and great location. Very accommodating. Helpful staff with good communication. After we checked out, we were able to leave our bags so we could explore the city on our checkout day. Overall we had a great experience!"
