"Fabulous apartment, roomy with a separate lounge, well equipped kitchen. Great to have access to laundry. Reception staff were excellent with recommendations on everything from nearby supermarkets, sites to see and restaurants to eat at. Location is superb, short walk to central Madrid. I would stay again without hesitation."

"The only reason I gave the hotel 4 stars is because of the noise from the elevators. To their credit, we were immediately moved and upgraded to a suite away from the constant noise of the elevators. If you are a light sleeper keep this in mind when booking. We cannot say more about the staff and the location of the hotel itself. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid."

"The location was perfect close to the Royal Palace, restaurants and grocery store. Check in was fast and the staff were very helpful and friendly. But the room was very small like a shoe box. Only 2 beds and 2 chairs with a long desk and 2 large closets. No room to sit and watch tv properly. We stayed for 3 nights. There was a fridge and cooking surface but no utensils,pots pans. I would recommend this for a student wanting a bed for a night."

"Ons verblijf in dit hotel is ons erg goed bevallen. De locatie is uitstekend en ideaal om Madrid te ontdekken. Alles was netjes verzorgd en de hygiëne was top.
Het dakterras is absoluut een aanrader, met een fantastisch uitzicht over de stad. Ook het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en smaakvol, met volop keuze.
De medewerkers bij de ingang waren iedere dag vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Zij gaven echt een warm en welkom gevoel.
Een klein minpunt was de service bij de receptie. De dames...
