"Everything was great. The room was modern, clean, spacious, bright and beautiful. Great view. Comfortable seating on the balcony. Service/hospitality was excellent. Food/drinks were great. We did the preferred room so we got brand name alcohol. The spa was wonderful. We did the hydrotherapy twice and spa treatments once. "Perfect location for exploring Puerto Aventuras! We loved being minutes from all of the restaurants and cafes, and a walk down the streee to pickleball courts and gelato! This suite was perfect for our family of 7 - very spacious and super comfortable beds. We hope to return soon!"

"Top to bottom one of the best reports we’ve stayed at. Their hospitality from check-in until check-out was OUTSTANDING.
Christina at check-in went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The porter who helped with our bags was so kind and thorough showing us around our room and where everything was. The cleanliness from our room to the common areas is the resort was top notch. Fantastic stay!"
