"Rooms need update, especially bathrooms. We couldn’t fit in the toilet, wall same size of toilet, ridiculous. Good balcony and clean room. Gym too small and 2 machines out of order. 15 euros a day per parking, too expensive. Waiters trying to packing up dishes 30 minutes before the time and very noisy with the trollies and cuttery. Tin food and bad quality. Entreteintment good, Eri was good entrteiner. Receptionist very professional."

The only fault is a shortage of electrical outlets. To charge my phone I had to resort to the hairdryer outlet in the bathroom. *To get to this hotel by vehicle (e.g. with luggage), approach the port and historic center area from the north, taking exit 32 from highwayTF5. If you try to come from the south, you will likely be frustrated, because 90% of the streets are one-way against you! Come in from north and you'll drive right up near this hotel."

"Lovely hotel with incredible views over the sea, very nice pool, good location with restaurants etc nearby and a 15 mins walk to the main part of Puerto de la Cruz (a bit steep on the way back). Plenty of parking within 5-10 mins walk. Breakfast is good, only negative is that the lifts are quite slow. "

The hotel is set slightly uphill, which means you get beautiful views over Puerto de la Cruz and even the ocean from certain rooms and the pool area. The walk back up can be a bit tiring, but taxis are cheap and quick if needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though a bit dated in terms of decor. Housekeeping was consistent, and I appreciated the balcony space—it really adds to the experience, especially in the evenings. The pool area was one of the highlights. It’s spacious, never felt overcrowded, and offers great views. There’s also a bar nearby, which makes it easy to relax during the day. Food was decent but not exceptional. Breakfast had a good variety, but dinners could feel repetitive after a few days. If you’re staying longer, I’d recommend exploring local restaurants in town for more variety and authentic Canarian food. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, always willing to assist with directions or general questions. Tips for future travellers: * Request a room with a sea view—it’s worth it. * Be prepared for the uphill walk back to the hotel. * Mix hotel dining with local restaurants for a better food experience. * Great base if you plan to explore northern Tenerife rather than just stay in a resort. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a relaxed stay with great views and good value for money"
