"This is a really hard review to write. The staff tried so hard to make sure everything was good, but at the first sign of us not being satisfied - they turned on us. You could tell we were “that Expedia couple who only gave 4 stars”… The beach is unusable and the seaweed is literally out of control… like 2-4ft high piles on the beach… right in front of the diamond club. Completely disgusting to look at and to smell. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you are going for a beach holiday- this is not...

"I cannot express how special this resort is. Small, intimate, and unique. The entire staff helped me celebrate my birthday..special drinks, food and a beautiful piece of cake with a sparkler on top, Best birthday ever. I was upgraded to an amazing ocean front room. The food was great, the pool was wonderful. The beach is maintained and clean with lots of chairs and hammocks. I've found my vacation spot and will definitely be back."

"The property is beautiful but very rundown, it is in desperate need of a remodel and looks like they are working on that. Our toilets did not flush properly and we never had hot water. On the other hand we had a huge beautiful suite with 2 bedrooms and our own private pool for way less than the major named hotels so could not beat that. The employees were very friendly and always helpful. I would totally go back but if they get this place remodeled to it's former glory I will probably not be...

"The location is great. An easy walk to a verity of restaurants, shopping and grocery needs. Condo was well equipped and clean. Staff is very friendly and willing to assist with any needs. Clarification on beach front; absolutely beachfront but no usable beach. Pool area clean. Public jacuzzi is not hot and no way to adjust the timer that is currently set to shut off every 5 minutes."

"Our room with our private pool was amazing, spacious and clean. The bed was not as comfortable as I expected and I would have liked the lighting in the bathroom to be brighter. The spa was an amazing space but there were dead bugs everywhere, maybe a little maintenance before aging the amazing rooms might be a good idea. But overall a good vacation."
