"The rooms are outdated and smell like a mildew filled basement. As a result, I will never return because the room accommodations are simply unacceptable. It’s unfortunate because the staff is great and the breakfast as well as drinks each day are a nice touch."

"Ana at the front desk was terrible. Her attitude was unprofessional, she didn’t make me feel welcomed because I didn’t speak Spanish. Also, I paid extra for an ocean view room and I got a rainforest view room. I’m disappointed and won’t be returning. The roots breakfast buffet was DISGUSTING and $35 per person. The drinks were not cold, the food was not hot, the AC wasn’t working, it was just a nightmare."

"I love the Fairmont hotel. The beach view was amazing. The outdoor pools were clean full of fun. I love how they had water stations with the towels very thoughtful. The rooms were clean and the staff was great 10 out of 10 for me."
