"A beautiful property, like a hidden jewel of PVR. The pool area is amazing and the pool size is generous. We enjoyed our morning swim with almost no other guests.
The air-conditioning is perhaps the best of all the hotels that I’ve stayed: super quiet and efficient.
The staff members are very friendly and warm!

"We stayed for 2 weeks this trip. Blanca was very attentive and kept our room clean. Martha, Jesus and all the kitchen staff are excellent. Lalo is very friendly and willing to answer questions. I had seen negative reviews from when we were there in February from entitled people who were rude to us while we were staying and made issues with all other guests. "Paid for all inclusive and they had "premium" options so it wasnt really all inclusive. Front desk tried to upsell SPAs everytime they saw us . Had early check in and the concierge said room would be ready in about half an hour but waited almost 2 hours for it. Paid extra for a private beach dinner and when we showed up they weren't ready, they said you can come back tomorrow or wait about an hour an a half very unprofessional.
