"Virtually perfect. Yes, I know that is a ridiculously high bar but I genuinely struggle to think of anything I would change. We stayed for three nights in a Palace Room (their most basic), the hotel is a serene haven, the room lovely. Food (especially breakfast) is outstanding, The pool area (there are 3) has more luxury cabanas than there are rooms so you can always get one. "Excellent hotel that exceeded my expectations. Pool area is tranquil and has an incredible view. Breakfast area was quite nice as well with a good spread. And the beds were SO COMFORTABLE!!! Very nice bathroom as well which seemed to be recently renovated. Great location in Deia with a dedicated parking lot, which is quite valuable given the hectic parking situation there. And central location yet still above the “bustle” with a scenic staircase up to the hotel. Highly recommended"

"This was probably the best hotel stay I’ve had. The staff were absolutely incredible and so attentive. It truly felt like they couldn’t be happier to get you whatever you needed which was great and the lovely Juan Carlos gave us some great restaurant recommendations! The room was comfy, clean, and well cared for and the spa was lovely to relax in. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but would definitely recommend and would definitely book again! "
