Facilities are fantastic. Beautiful views, plenty of places to get a drink, and plenty of places to swim and get some sun. Staff is absolutely horrible and not friendly at all. Room service arrive 30 minutes late one night, and never even showed up the next night. Staff is mostly rude and not welcoming ...
