Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, All Suite Resort - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Mirage hotel Punta Cana has its ups and downs, but overall I would rate my 7 days stay around 4 out of 5. The resort is somewhat limited for families, especially for dining. If you have a child under 12, restaurant options are restricted to Japanese, Italian, Don Jaume Stake House, Marketplace and Seaside, while French restaurant is not available. BReakfast hours are also quite limited. Marketplace closes at 10:00 am and Seaside at 11:30 am, leaving small window in the morning. If you prefer to sleep in, you may miss breakfast. Food variety, quality and overall dining experience would be around 4/5 decent but no extensive. The beach had a lot of seaweed during my stay, although it improved over time. There are many daily activities and nightly entertainment options. Amenities including coffee shops, a drugs store, sport bars and multiple bars around the property. One drawback is the Pool layout. There is not central main pool instead there is a large swim up pool. The bubble party was a highlight and very fun with plenty of float ties for kids. Kids water park is a short walk at Majestic Elegance Resort. It is a bit worn down but still good and enjoyable for children. Staff are friendly and helpful and resort clean and well maintained. Overall, in my opinion this is not a luxury hotel but it offers good value considering the services, food and amenities facilities."
"Excelente todo hotel belloooooo restaurante y comida exquisita parque acuático espectacular y sobretodo el personal nos trató de maravilla. Excelente servicio vuelvo a repetir ese hotel"
"The property was clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and they were willing to give us the best service possible. The food was good. The fruit and dessert bar was amazing. The atmosphere was nice and friendly. Great entertainment and family oriented activities."
"The room was nice and clean and the staff was amazing, especially Francesca the entertainer.
The downside was the buffet, the food was not good. The restaurants were better, but make sure to make reservations upon arrival.
The beach had sargassum on some days but the resorts do a good job of cleaning. The water temperature is perfect for the weather.
The alcoholic drinks were not great.
Make sure to take care of the beach towels because people tend to steal and if you lose them twice you will be charged."
"An incredible stay from start to finish. Our first time in the Dominican Republic and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, shout out to Samuel, Alvin, Valencio, Joan & Eloy as bar staff, incredible service and such a laugh!
The hotel was stunning, incredibly clean and modern, the swim out room was a dream, with the options of the two Excellence pools as well as the main pool & beach.
Food was great, with options for every type of cuisine you could wish for, including traditional Dominican food on the breakfast buffet- Delicious!!
We also sampled the spa, although expensive as a luxury treat, we could not fault the staff and the experience was well worth the money.
Highly recommend the Excellence group of any all inclusive holidays, and we will certainly be back!!"
"My stay at the Grand Palladium Select exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality and treated like a valued guest. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food and amenities made every day enjoyable.
What truly made this trip unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every employee I encountered was kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, cared for, and safe throughout my entire stay. Whether I was relaxing around the resort, dining, or exploring the property, I always had peace of mind knowing the staff was attentive and looking out for their guests.
The level of service and attention to detail was exceptional, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy my vacation. I left with wonderful memories and can’t thank the team enough for making my stay so special.
If you’re looking for a resort where you’ll not only enjoy beautiful surroundings but also feel genuinely safe, respected, and cared for, I highly recommend the Grand Palladium Select. I can’t wait to come back!"
