"The ME property is well-kept, clean and very easy to maneuver. The room was much better than most and the staff were all polite and very helpful. The only negative about our stay here is the food at the buffet is average while the food at the specialty restaurants was good, but not outstanding. Overall, a very good resort which I recommend."

"Beautiful spot and the staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Very clean and nice assortment of activities but not a big party science which is what we liked! Could find quiet spots away from the pool
with swim up bar. Special

"My experience at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana started off very poorly due to an extremely frustrating and poorly handled check-in process. A day before arrival, I requested an early check-in at 2 PM since I was traveling with an infant. I understood it wasn’t guaranteed, so when I arrived and was told the room would be ready by 3:00–3:15 PM, I was fine waiting. However, when I returned, I was repeatedly told the room was still not ready and asked to wait longer—first 40 minutes, then more...

"Cats and dogs roam the property and are so friendly; bartenders at the pool bar were friendly and made good drinks; hostess at Thalassa dinner time was pleasant and helpful (e.g. pointing out vegetarian options on the buffet); servers at Tao Cat were pleasant and quick; servers at Thalassa dinner were pleasant; room attendants were diligent; room was clean and well kept (no issues); pool by the lobby was warm and clean; beach was clean of seaweed and enough chairs available.
