"I love to travel! This was my 6th time to Punta Cana, 1st time staying at the Catalonia. Me and my man stayed in the Suite on the Adults side. We had a great view from our balcony, the room was clean, hot water was amazing in the shower, housekeeping serviced our room everyday. "First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....
