"I had an outstanding stay at Dreams Onyx . The service was top notch, our room was spotless(thanks to Yesenia), and the food was delicious. The pools were amazing. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff— they were incredibly thoughtful, kind and attentive to every detail. Their warmth and genuine care made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend Dreams Onyx to anyone looking for an exceptional experience."

"Everything was perfectly fine. We are planning to come back next year 🙌."

Food tasted good at the buffet. Hibachi was great. Steakhouse was bland. They ask about allergies, but don’t take any action to identify allergens in food items. We noticed right away that privilege guests were treated much better and had first priority. After a couple of days, we upgraded to privilege. Did we really...
