Beautiful beach resort. Nice junior suite - good size. Lovely restaurants and drinks. Highly recommend. Friendly and helpful staff.

Truly amazing place. The checkin process was very fast. The accommodation is in excellent condition. The staff was very helpful, they even gave us coffee from their own, because the coffee shop was closed at 7 AM. Private back area with bar and restaurant. Several other restaurants to choose from in the area. Many thanks to all the staff!

Quite location, and not so far from the center. It was a great stop before moving on to Samana. Both receptionists were helpful and lovely.

Secrets Tides was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful, and the rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The resort offers three pools, excellent drinks, and outstanding facilities and services throughout. We had a great week in Punta Cana and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the sea at the hotel was full of seaweed. The hotel staff are doing their best to clear it, but it does make the beach less ideal for swimming. Overall, we had a wonderful...

Small unassuming hotel with clean good rooms, a table and cupboard. There is AC in the room and a ceiling fan. There is no buffet breakfast here, just coffee and cookies. I would definitely recommend this place if this is the kind of budget lace you are looking for. The staff was welcoming. There is water in the room. Toilets were clean.

We had a very enjoyable stay- family holiday- everything was of a high standard at majestic colonial, the staff the amenities, the food the location/ weather the day trips to monkeyland. We are hoping to come back in coming years

The property is lovely and well maintained. We had a great room with its own pool. Most the restaurants were great. Our concierge Raul was great and nothing seemed too much trouble. Was disappointed about the hard sell for Palladium Travel Club which was frankly uncomfortable and wasted half a day.

Excellent stay

We especially liked the entertainment and sports animation. The tennis teacher Leonel was an extremely good, patient and instructive teacher, that tried to improve our level of tennis. But also the whole entertainment area with a vast option of billard, table tennis, football, darts, archery and even boulder opportunities and pickleball were just excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.

Wow! What a fabulous stay! The resort is huge and self contained metropolis! First and foremost I want to give a huge shout out to Norielis who was our personal Butler service she was amazing!!! We had a swim up suite which was Fabulous! Everything but Everything! Was amazing! Food gardens restaurants entertainment! If I could leave a 7 star review I certainly would! Absolutely fabulous!!!! ♥️♥️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Good selection of all inclusive restaurants with great food. Rooms and surrounding gardens we well looked after. Hotel were very amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially Ruth and entertainment team Aka Victor, Bieber, Baby Face and Michael Jordan.

The location is good, the hotel is very clean and lit. The employees are wonderful and very helpful.

Jaime was great. Clean, easy and convenient. Pankakes were good

Fantastic hotel, staff are wonderful. Went for my birthday, clean hotel, lovely big pool, eateries close by. Got around using Uber but plenty of taxis too. Bavaro beach 10 min taxi drive away. Airport 20mins away. The staff are truly amazing here. Are hotel lunch which was delicious. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much. Relaxed on the cabanas. Coco bongo is walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel
