"A+ is my assesment of this accomidation. The owner/renter went through great lengths to make my stay comfortable. Communication was excellent, the property condition was excellent. It has a full kitchen with every appliance needed! The bedrooms were excellent with a tv in every room, AC in every room and comfortable linens. It is in a gated community not far from shopping or restaurants. Plaza San Juan 5 minutes, Los Corales beach was 20 minutes. I am running out of room so I will add that I...

"Positives: The property was beautiful, staff were always available if something was needed and were very helpful in coordinating airport pickup and dropoff. The pool was perfect for young kids as there was a shallow pool, as well as a deep area for adults. Bedrooms and living quarters were tastefully furnished, and made us feel at home during our stay. "Great place had everything we needed in an apartment for a productive stay . Rosa was great at front desk . Beach could be better but overall peaceful. Be aware they charge an electricity fee upon arrival , didn’t know that until we checked in . Overall a nice place in front of beach and gated and close to shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere no need to uber / taxi unless excursions ."
