"The top floor of the property, where I was forced to stay, had problems with water damage. There was a damp and mild Dewey smell throughout that was coming from the ventilation system. I was moved twice in experienced the same issue throughout. I was given the runaround by the front desk staff and lied to about being able to speak to the manager. I had concerns that there was mold there, and I had a video of one room that had water damage in the ceiling and in the walls that was visible whenever...

"The overall experience for property was good no doubt, but the breakfast menu was decent, but it leaned heavily toward non-vegetarian options. As someone who prefers vegetarian food, I found the choices quite limited. It would be great to see more variety in veg dishes. "I enjoyed my stay. I try not to let anything ruin it. I also am very appreciative of all the staff. They were very attentive and lovely. The property is beautiful and spacious. There were just a few areas of improvement. The room was lovely but definitely needs detailing. Lots of uncleaned surfaces such as under the faucet handles, under shampoo bottles, shower wasn’t very clean. Ants pouring into the room by the sofa and a drain fly infestation. I killed about 4-5 a day just in the bathroom....
