"I loved my stay . The waiters that bring you drinks are friendly (especially Jose). I do wish the food and the dinner buffet was better . Everything was constantly changed and clean , it just tastes watered down. Bread and tortilla chips always taste stale. The woman who makes the omelettes during breakfast was amazing and works her butt off she’s so fast. The main woman who works the snack station by pool is rude.
The night shows/ lobby music at night could be a little better but overall this...

"The property itself is excellent and the staff is absolutely amazing. Couple of things though. One: checkin was a miss. We arrived and felt welcomed by the staff, EXCEPT when we sat down at the check in desk. One of the staff members was irritated already without us asking questions. It was unfortunate. Following that, we were lured into the Hyatt’s “Ultimate Vacation Club” over-glorified timeshare in exchange for free massages. This is a warning to stay clear! It was so bad. I probably won’t be...
