Conrad Shanghai
I had a fantastic stay at the Conrad. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I want to specifically thank Kelly in the Executive Lounge, her customer service was spectacular and she was very professional and hard working. Liangjuan in the spa was also great and gave a great massage.

Shanghai Marriott Marquis City Centre
The staff was friendly, was offered a free upgrade to a corner room. Although the rooms were abit dated but rooms and hotel were always clean! Recommand will choose this hotel again!
