"While first come-first serve underground parking is a mild concern, the hotel was exactly what we needed. The room was spacious, it had a kitchen area stocked with a few cooking essentials, and was overall quite clean. The hotel is right downtown and close to many amenities. No complaints at all."

"Arrived late in the evening and had difficulty discerning the building as a hotel. Also had several steps leading to the front door (as seen in picture) with no way to enter with large suitcase and no staff outside to assist. Front reception was disorganized, dusty and disheveled which made me concerned about the rooms. After signing a waiver for indemnification for the valet service (which I have never had to do elsewhere) and inquiring about room service (which was unavailable) I was directed to my room. The trip to the elevator required another 6 stairs with all of my luggage. Surprisingly the room was large and clean. However it had an unpleasant odour and it was very hot. I That said, the thermostat was locked so the staff could only come in and turn the heat off but would not turn the AC on to cool the room. They said they would leave the heat off and I should leave the balcony door open to cool it off. No solution for if it were to get too cool because the thermostat had to stay locked. It was just a difficult stay. The stairs, the thermostat, the lack of room service, ice, etc. My experience was nothing that I would expect from a four star hotel in a major city"

"The Delta Montreal provides a great location, generous room size (many with great views), excellent bed and linens that I’ve come to expect with the premium of Marriott. The room tech worked well. The overall hotel shows age, with finishes and fittings requiring updates. The parking garage is convenient but filthy. "

"The staff was great and the room was quiet. Super close to transit, and quite affordable. We enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a two bedroom apartment and it was quite spacious considering it is located in the downtown area. They had limited parkings underneath the building and there’s an EV charger as well but sometimes non-EV cars occupy the two spots. Luckily, the wire was long and I was able park and charge on the spot next to EV spot. The apartment was quiet and comfortable but just a little dated. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for us."

"The photos are nicer than the place appears. It's very deceiving. The bathroom was old and the outside/entrance looked like a dump and sketchy. I questioned the safety of the location because the hotel sign was run down. There was no name on the sign, but you would spot it later with a sign that was chained to the door. There was no amenity accept for the hairdryer. No handtowels, no face cloths, no water bottles. It was very very basic. Don't let the photos deceive you."
