"This hotel was outstanding — the location near the airport couldn’t be better. The shuttle service is convenient, and if you prefer to walk, it’s just a short and easy distance from the terminal. What truly stood out was the customer service — every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s rare to find such consistently excellent service across the board. The cleanliness of the entire property was also exceptional, from the lobby to the rooms — clearly very well maintained. Although breakfast has set hours, they thoughtfully provide fresh coffee early for guests catching the shuttle before breakfast time, which is a great detail. I stayed here twice on this trip, and I’ll absolutely stay here again on all future visits to Milwaukee."
